Rahul is the majority shareholder and CEO of the company since its inception since 2008. He holds a B Tech degree followed by an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, India. Rahul's first position after his MBA was with Maersk Line in their Mumbai, Copenhagen and London offices from 1993 to 1995. After Maersk Line he then worked with Olam International Ltd, Singapore in their Ivory Coast, Benin, India and Singapore offices from 1995 to 2008. Rahul has travelled extensively for work and pleasure and has so far visited over 60 countries. He reads widely and has a keen interest in geopolitical affairs.

Shivank is a physicals trader based in the UAE office and runs his own book, apart from handling the sales responsibility of our metal scrap business. He completed his MBA from Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi in 2010. Shivank has worked with Everest Metals, UAE in the past. He moved to Aron Global in 2012 where he handled teak wood sales in South India before moving to UAE in his present role.

Sarvesh is an MBA from University of Mumbai, India. He has worked in the FMCG sector with Pepsi, Parle, and ITC before joining the commodity trading business in 2006 for Olam International Ltd, Singapore. He has worked with Aron Global since 2009 where he handled West India marketing for a year, followed by 11 years across Latin America handling teak sourcing. He is presently in the marketing role taking care of the West/North India region.

Himwan is a textile engineer with an MBA from IIFM Bhopal from where he graduated in 2010. Before Aron Global, Himwan worked as a consultant in Partners in Change, a CSR consultancy firm in India and worked on various CSR projects. He has been a key member of the Aron Global team since 2012 and is responsible for origination operations of teak wood and scrap metal across South and Central America. He is a part of the leadership group actively involved in strategy formulation and team management across functions including Accounting, Internal Audits, HR and Back office support.

Parvez finished his undergraduate degree in computer science in 2008. He then worked for HCL Technologies in India and the US as a System Analyst from 2008 to 2011 before moving on to do his MBA from Fore School of Management in New Delhi, India in 2013. Right after his MBA Parvez joined Aron Global in Costa Rica as an Operations Manager of the teak wood business and handled this role learning the operational and commercial aspects from 2013 to 2017. He then moved to Ecuador as the Country Manager in 2017 for five years eventually moving back to a much larger Costa Rica business in 2022 where he handles both our teak wood and metal scrap businesses.

Jatan holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and did his MBA from IIFM, Bhopal in 2016. His first job was with Axis Bank, Mumbai as a portfolio analyst. The following year, he joined Aron Global. Jatan started off by handling teak marketing for Tuticorin port in early 2018 and now he is currently heading the teak marketing responsibilities for the whole of South India. It has been over four years for Jatan in Aron Global and he finds that the multi-dimensional challenges of a trading business really puts one’s holistic prowess to test. The constant pursuit of bettering oneself, largely independently, is the reason he loves what he does.

Saumya completed his B. Tech from Pantnagar University and MBA from IIFM Bhopal. After completing his MBA in 2010 he worked with Winrock International, India as NRM specialist before he joined Aron Global. Saumya is Regional Manager handling operations for Aron Global in El Salvador and Guatemala. He is working with us since 2014 managing sourcing of teak wood and Scrap metal in Latin American geographies. He manages local sales for ferrous scrap in Central America as well.

Gaurav finished his B.Sc. from S.N. College in 2005. Upon graduating, he started working as life insurance sales executive in ATS Services Pvt. Ltd. at Chandigarh. He then worked with Goldline Worldwide Inc, Dubai from 2006 to 2012 as a quality supervisor and later on as an operations manager in scrap metal for 7 countries in West Africa, Middle East, and the United Kingdom. In 2012 Gaurav joined Aron Global as a Procurement Executive in Costa Rica. Soon after he served a one and a half year stint in Croatia in Europe and then returned to Latin America. He now works as a Business Manager in Panama looking after teak wood and scrap metal exports.

Ankit graduated in Electronics Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh followed by an MBA from IIFM, Bhopal. In the past, Ankit has worked with Yes Bank's corporate banking vertical for 4 years and prior to that he had a brief 2 year stint with an environmental consulting firm. He has been instrumental in setting up our Ghana office and is responsible for teak wood sourcing. In this role he manages various aspects of the trading business at both macro & micro levels such a P&L management, strategising new sourcing deals, managing operations, and public sector networking.

Sumit graduated from St. Xavier’s College and completed his masters from Ranchi University before pursuing his Post Graduate Diploma from Manipal University. He started his professional career in August 2005 in the banking sector and went on to take up various assignments constituting sales and commercial roles. Before joining Aron Global, Sumit worked at a leading private sector bank for 10 years where he developed his knowledge in analytics, front-line sales, and managing a retail branch. He has 15 years of experience in various managerial positions. Within Aron Global, Sumit is responsible for teak sales in Nagpur, Mumbai, Delhi and Vizag.

Sumit graduated with a bachelor's degree in textile engineering. He co-founded an IT-Services firm focused on POS and Cloud-Based Solutions in 2018, and developed innovative solutions for Dunkin' Donuts, Arby's and IRI Worldwide. In 2021, he joined Aron Global as a Business Manager for the Teak division in Costa Rica and was moved to Ecuador as the Country Manager in 2022. He is responsible for procuring teak wood from Ecuador and exporting them to Indian markets.

Palash completed his M.B.A - Marketing from M.M. University after completing his B.Tech in mechanical engineering from the same university. Right after his MBA he started his professional career with Info Edge India Ltd in 2015. Post Info Edge, he worked with Swiggy India managing branding and marketing in Delhi-NCR. After an entrepreneurial adventure in the retail dining sector, Palash returned back to the corporate world. He joined Aron Global in 2020 starting as Assistant Marketing Manager, Chennai and is now working as a Business Manager in Guatemala looking after Guatemala and El Salvador Teak exports. With diversified experience of over 7+ years, his areas of expertise are in business development, marketing, and procurement.

Mrigank completed his MBA from JK Business School, Gurgaon in 2010 after completing his  B.Sc. – Biotechnology from Bangalore University. While pursuing his MBA, he got to start his professional career with Oxfam India. His last organisation before joining Aron Global was Jeena & Company where he handled Exports for clients like Sainsbury’s, Next etc. Mrigank joined Aron Global in May, 2017 as an Operations Executive for Ecuador. Currently he is posted in Colombia managing operations for teak wood exports.

Daryl graduated from Temasek Polytechnic in 2013 with a Diploma in Green Building and Sustainability. Post his studies Daryl served in the Singapore Armed Forces from 2013 to 2015, during which he attained the Sergeant rank and was awarded with the National Servicemen of the Year in 2015. In 2017, Daryl joined Aron Global in Singapore as part of the documentation team. Over time he has moved up to manage the human resources, documentation and administrative functions across the entire group. He also oversees the significant IT investments and initiatives for the group.

Vasim graduated as a B.Com from The New College, Chennai in 2006 and then completed his CMA Inter from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 2013. Vasim has worked in Citi Bank, ICICI Bank and CFS in the past before his employment with Aron Global. In 2014 he joined Aron Global as part of the accounts function. Today, he works closely with the CEO on financial and accounting related matters for the organisation. He also leads the process for the yearly company audit.

Keyur graduated from Gujarat University in 2002 with a B Com degree and then did his Inter CA. Keyur has worked with Genus Electrotech Ltd, Anam Group of Companies and a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm before joining Aron Global. In 2012, he joined Aron Global as a part of the Accounts Function. He works with the CEO on matters relating to origin accounts and auditing.
